What's included in the monthly maintenance fee?+
Maintenance keeps your site secure, backed up, and online — including software updates, uptime monitoring, and (on Pro Build and Elite Build) small content edits each month.
Are there any costs besides the plan price?+
Yes — your plan covers the website build and maintenance only. Your domain name (billed yearly by your registrar) and web hosting (billed monthly by your host) are separate, and I'll help you set both up.
How long does it take to build my site?+
Most Starter and Pro Build sites launch within 2-4 weeks of kickoff. Elite Build timelines depend on scope and are confirmed during your consultation.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time as your business grows — just reach out and I'll handle the rest.

What do I actually get on the Basic plan?+
A monthly 30-minute strategy call covering content ideas, what to post, and when, plus a written content calendar you can follow all month on your own. It's built for business owners who just need direction, not someone posting for them.
What's the social media scheduling setup on the Enhanced plan?+
I help you set up the tools to automate your posting so staying consistent doesn't take daily effort. It's not me creating and posting content for you every day — it's giving you a system, plus the content calendar, to run it yourself.
What does the local SEO / Google Business Profile piece include?+
Premium includes Google Business Profile optimization so you show up when people search nearby, plus guidance on responding to reviews — good and bad — to build trust. Enhanced includes a review-request template and a monthly reminder to send it.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract required — reach out any time and I'll help you find the right starting point.
Can I combine a marketing plan with a website build?+
Yes, on Enhanced and Premium — both can be upgraded with a free website build. You'd only pay the ongoing website maintenance fee (Starter Site or Pro Build) on top of your marketing plan.
